全军创伤修复与组织再生重点实验室

-休克与多器官障碍实验室简介

    休克与多器官障碍实验室原为创伤外科研究室病理生理研究组,创建于1983年,1997年与生化组合并,现已发展为隶属于全军创伤修复重点实验室的休克与多器官障碍实验室暨病理生理科研平台。

休克与多器官障碍实验室暨病理生理科研平台包括生物化学、分子生物学和病理生理实验室、细胞培养间及小动物ICU。其中小动物ICU具有恒温、恒湿、自动换气以及昼夜明暗交替调节系统,配置小动物监护仪、PICCO心肺功能监测仪、小动物呼吸机和麻醉机、激光多普勒血流仪以及电生理生物信号采集系统。

病理生理研究平台对外开放,提供科研、教学服务和技术指导,主要进行缺血、缺氧、创伤、烧伤、休克和多器官功能障碍等多种动物模型制作,血流动力学、脏器功能及组织灌流监测以及严重创、烧伤并发症的机制和防治研究。

休克与多器官障碍实验室现任负责人胡森研究员、博士生导师,总后科技新星,享受政府特殊津贴。现为全军病理生理专业委员会常委及《中华危重病急救医学》等5种杂志编委。以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文180余篇,主编或参编专著15部。获国家科技三等奖和军队科技一等奖各1项,军队及省部级二等奖5项,荣立二等功1次。吕艺副研究员,博士后,全军生化专业委员会委员,擅长生化和分子生物研究。发表论文80余篇,参编专著4部,获国家、北京市和军队科技二等奖各1项。

休克与多器官障碍实验室的研究方向为严重创(烧、战)伤并发症发生机制与救治,主要研究内容涉及:创(烧、战)休克液体复苏与药物治疗(包括新型抗休克口服液和生命维持药物的研究与开发)、多器官功能障碍综合征发生机制及防治措施、胆碱能抗炎通路调节的基础研究等。盛志勇院士为休克与多器官障碍实验室创建人和学术指导,自“七五”以来该室一直承担盛院士主持的军队重点课题研究,并先后承担国家973项目子课题、北京市科技重大项目、国家自然科学基金、天普基金等项目研究,十年来已获科研经费总计500余万元。

    休克与多器官障碍实验室建室以来已获国家,、军队和省部级科技成果18项。其中国家科技进步二、三等奖各1项、军队科技进步一等奖1项,军队及省部级二等奖8项。获国家发明专利3项,军内新特药1个。主编出版学术专著2部,参编20部。在国内外学术期刊发表论文总计300余篇,其中SCI收录20余篇。已招收或联合培养博士以及硕士研究生50余名,协助院内多个科室完成了科研课题研究,并与国内外多家医院和科研单位有广泛的教学、科研及学术合作与交流。

Research Laboratory of Shock and Multiple Organ Dysfunction (Pathophysiological Research Platform)

Research Laboratory of Shock and Multiple Organ Dysfunction was originally a research group dealing with pathophysiology and biochemistry, which was the branch of Laboratory of Trauma Surgery. Now this laboratory has developed to Pathophysiological Research Platform affiliated to the Key Laboratory of Wound Repair and Regeneration of PLA.

The Research Labatory of Shock and Multiple Organ Dysfunction consists of the rooms for research in pathophysiology, biochemistry, molecular biology and cell culture, and a laboratory of small animals with a constant temperature humidity, automatic ventilation system, and alternating 12-hour light and 12-hour dark facility. The laboratory is equipped with small animal’s monitors, PICCO cardiopulmonary function monitor, small animal ventilator and anesthesia equipment, laser Doppler flowmetry, and electrophysiology biological signal acquisition system.

Pathophysiological research platform undertake replication of a variety of animal models such as ischemia, hypoxia, trauma,burns, various kinds of shock and multiple organ dysfunction, by measuring hemodynamic parameters, organ function and tissue perfusion, and also investigation of the pathogenesis and therapy for complications of severe trauma/burns.

Prof. Hu Sen, PhD, PhD tutors, government subsidies gainer, a specialist for research of shock and multiple organ dysfunction syndromes (MODS), now is the chief investigator of this laboratory. Lv Yi, PhD, associate research fellow, is knowledgeable in biochemistry and molecular biology. The research direction of laboratory has mainly focused on the pathogenesis and preventing measures for trauma (burns war) shock and MODS: major research subjects involving the fluid resuscitation and drug therapy of trauma (burns war) shock, the animal model, pathogenesis and preventing measures of MODS, the basic research of regulatory mechanism of cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway, and the research and development of the new oral rehydration and life-sustaining drugs for anti-shock.

The laboratory has been guided by academician Sheng Zhiyong, The laboratory has undertaken a piece of research project of National 973 Basic Research Program and the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Major Project, as well as the National Natural Science Foundation and other research projects, with the total research funds amounted to a total of 5 million Yuan in the past 10 years.

Over 18 national, military and science and provincial technology achievement prizes have been awarded to this laboratory. The laboratory now is holding 3 national invention patents. The members of this laboratory published 2 scholarly monographs as chief editor and 20 as editor. Over than 300 scientific articles have been published, including 20 in English. More than 50 post-graduated students have been enrolled and trained.
